Oct 06. Part of the plot from the road. The countryside is very brown after the summer but turns green in the winter as soon as it rains. The plot length along the road is 300 feet and the plot has an area of 3,300 sq metres. Planning permission was applied for in June 06 and should be granted by Jan 07. |

Feb 07 The plot overlaid with its boundary lines. It is planned to turn the right hand side of the plot into an orchard or there is always the option to sell it off at a later date. The elevation of the plot is 550 metres above sea level, which should be above the humidity zone and too high for the mossies. It will be a bit cooler during the hot summers but of course a bit colder during the winter. However you have to get higher than this for the temperature to drop to freezing levels. |
